  • 30-day retention: Backups retained for 30 days, enabling recovery from accidental deletion or corruption
  • Geographic redundancy: Backups stored in a separate UK data centre from primary systems
  • Encrypted backups: All backup data encrypted using AES-256
  • Regular testing: Quarterly backup restoration tests to verify data integrity and recovery procedures
