- Point-in-time recovery: Continuous transaction logging enables recovery to any point within the retention period
- 30-day retention: Backups retained for 30 days, enabling recovery from accidental deletion or corruption
- Geographic redundancy: Backups stored in a separate UK data centre from primary systems
- Encrypted backups: All backup data encrypted using AES-256
- Regular testing: Quarterly backup restoration tests to verify data integrity and recovery procedures
