This release gives site teams greater confidence in what is ready, what needs attention and what to do next. Plant checks are clearer at the point of use, while improvements across imports, programmes, documents and RAMS keep project information moving with less manual effort.
What's new
- Make unchecked plant visible. A daily pre-use check that has never been completed now shows amber, contributes to the machine's status and is due from the moment it is set up. Teams can see that attention is needed on the board and at the QR sticker before the machine is treated as ready.
- Give operatives a clear route to the right check. If a check has no form behind it, the operative now sees that it has not been set up and what needs fixing. New checks cannot be created without the form they need, helping teams resolve the gap before the sticker is used.
- Match each machine to the right evidence. Checks now prefer a template built for the plant category over a general one, dump trucks and mast climbers have their own categories, and the certificate or evidence behind a check is named on the check itself.
- Sign operatives in with less typing. The competence card step is now optional, an interrupted sign-in resumes from where it stopped, and an operative already signed in on that phone is not asked to re-enter their PIN to authorise plant.
- Build any register from a spreadsheet. Spreadsheet import now covers every register, reads commonly used date formats and explains how an unmapped required column will be handled. You can also fill one value across every imported row at once.
- Bring in full contract programmes reliably. Powerproject and MSP programmes with thousands of activities now import in the background with visible progress, keeping the browser responsive and avoiding partially loaded programmes.
- Keep document history accurate. Unchanged saves no longer create versions, renaming a document keeps its numbering, and simultaneous saves retain both edits. The timeline now reflects the document's real history.
- Keep RAMS reviews moving. If an assessment fails or is not dispatched, the RAMS now explains what happened and provides a way forward. You can also review a RAMS manually before an assessment is requested and link several temporary works to one RAMS.
- Add temporary works while checks are being arranged. CAT 2 and CAT 3 designs can now be imported before a checker is appointed. Designer and checker details are linked to project companies, making the people and organisations behind each record easier to follow.
- Work with names instead of references. Field labels no longer end in "ID", confirmation screens show recognisable company and document names, and help text is clearer and less technical.
- Give RFI responders a complete record. Confirmations now show submitted answers as well as files, and resubmissions are pre-filled from the previous response.
