This week's release is mostly about finding things faster - and trusting what arrives.
What's new
- Search scoped to your project. Results now default to the project you're working in, with a one-click toggle to search across your whole organisation.
- Results as they arrive. Search streams matches immediately, then refines them with AI in a visible second pass - no more waiting on a blank page. It also copes gracefully with slow connections.
- Previews on every result. Result rows now show thumbnails and key metadata, and a quick-view drawer lets you inspect a match without leaving the page. Your search state is kept when you navigate away and back.
- Drawing comparisons in search. Comparison results and document change states now appear in search, and a stuck comparison can be re-assessed with one click.
- Help that knows the docs. Ask a how-to question in the Help Panel and it now answers from the product documentation, with properly formatted responses.
- Safer public uploads. Files submitted through public upload links are now scanned for malware and quarantined if suspect, with stricter file-type checks and sensible size limits.
- Clearer team access. Team settings now show each member's project access at a glance, and the Manage Project Access modal lists existing memberships so changes are easier to make confidently.
- Better IU visibility. Usage can now be filtered by project, schedules show their estimated IU up front, and the billing and usage pages have had a design and accessibility refresh.
Why it matters
Search is how most work in PlanOps starts. Keeping it fast, scoped and visual means less time hunting and more time acting on what you find - and the new upload scanning means what lands in your project can be trusted.
