This release is all about staying on top of what's due, what could go wrong, and what to do next.

What's new

• Information Production Schedule. Plan and track every document deliverable in one register. Import an existing schedule straight from Excel or CSV with AI-assisted column mapping, then publish a recipient-facing collection page so each party sees exactly what they owe and by when.
• Risk Register. Generate a project risk register in a couple of clicks, preview it, and export to PDF. On an empty register, an AI assist can draft an initial set of risks from your contract to get you started.
• Inspection & Test Plans, promoted. ITPs are now first-class items with their own register, detail view and company relationships, so you can see every plan, its components and packages at a glance - with an AI assist to build one from a blank slate.
• Build your own registers. Create custom registers from your workspace items, choose the columns you need, preview the result, and export to CSV or PDF.
• Reports that suggest their next actions. Reports can now propose follow-up actions - events, tasks and RFIs - which you can review, edit, accept or dismiss, one at a time or in a batch, for a small IU charge you approve up front.
• Smoother handovers. Sub-contractors can submit required items incrementally, reviewers get inline evidence previews in Inbound Submissions, and access-code-protected public pages let the right people in without an account.
• Budgets and alerts. Set per-project and per-person spending budgets with threshold alerts, so IU usage stays predictable.
• Text-message notifications. PlanOps can now reach people by SMS as well as email, with delivery tracking on every message.
• A clearer programme. The Gantt view gets sharper status colours, better zoom, a field-ready accessibility pass and an AI assist to build a programme from an empty state. Boards now remember your column settings too - WIP limits, hidden and collapsed columns.
